At Wildgoose Guesthouse, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to all our guests. Please review the terms below to understand our policy on cancellations and modifications to your booking.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund, minus a [processing fee if applicable].

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund. The full booking amount will be charged.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and fail to inform us of any changes to your booking, this will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, and the full booking amount will be charged.

3. Modifications to Bookings

Date Changes: If you need to modify your check-in or check-out dates, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Room Changes: Requests to change your room type are subject to availability and any difference in room rates will be applied.

4. Special Offers and Non-Refundable Rates

All bookings made under special offers, promotional packages, or non-refundable rates are final. These bookings cannot be canceled or modified, and no refunds will be provided.

5. Group Bookings

Group bookings (3 rooms or more) may be subject to different cancellation policies. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly for details on the group booking cancellation policy.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Wildgoose Guesthouse reserves the right to offer alternative booking dates or a voucher for future use, instead of a refund.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow [X] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
